Phoenix FM presenter Courtney-Lee Collins is celebrating after winning the Inspirational Youth award at this year’s Pride of Essex Awards!
As well as being our youngest presenter, Courtney-Lee has been an avid charity fundraiser over the last few years, raising money for Help For Heroes, The Rainbow Child Foundation, Puffin Ward at Basildon Hospital, The British Heart Foundation, Follow Your Dreams, Treetops Special Needs School, Southend
Breast Cancer Unit, Basildon Hospital/s Polly Parrot Appeal, Clik Sargent, St Luke’s Hospice and Essex Air Ambulance.
The awards, held at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford, have been held since 1994 to recognise and award achievement over adversity.
