As the old advertisement line goes, ‘everyones a fruit and nutcase’, and with me and healthy food and exercise, that be the case. As this weekend just gone I decided it was time to sort things out, with new exercises and running along with ‘healthy’ food, and I wondered what odd healthy food methods or suggestions you may have had. We had another healthy show of new music in the show with a great remix for Real Experts by an Australian synth artist Parralox, a new single from The Stir Fry Pop star, Nius X and Introflirt, another track from the debut album from Brutalist Architecture In the Sun. Along with my chatty bit, and my DM fix we had another Synth In the City and Show Opener Artist result….plus a great selection of some 80’s synth classics for once.
