This months Book Club welcomes Brentwood based, Ches Moulton, who came in to talk about his book, Choice & Change (How to have a healthy relationship with ourself and others). Ches runs a very successful practice in Brentwood specialising in helping people suffering from stress and can offer a wide range of therapies including treatments anxieties, fears and phobias, smoking cessation, weight loss, and mental skills training for sports relevant to concentration, goal setting and motivation; as well as step therapy and counselling in co-dependency.

Ches has developed a comprehensive hybrid profiling framework called Trait Assessment Profile (TAP). This is designed to uncover the level of stress, depression, phobias, and the degree of codependency occurring in a person at the time of testing, with sub scales involving several personality traits.
Ches has three (3) diplomas in Hypnotherapy with psychotherapy dating back to 1999. Two diplomas were obtained through institutions located here in the United Kingdom, while a third certificate is associated with an institution located in the USA. The curriculum for all three diplomas included modules on human development, psychological theory and development, the subconscious mind, and behavioural psychology, as well as theory and practicum in suggestive and analytical hypnotherapy.
