So Thursday just wasn’t enough for me, I came back on Friday 20th June with another 2 hours of top 80’s songs.
We talked fashion – Clare and her Ra-Ra skirts, Rachel with her Puff ball skirt and Paula Loades got on twitter to mention her red and yellow combination outfit!!
Gemma said her favourite 80’s singer was Kylie Minogue, Jane Smith loved Duran Duran and we played Clare Ashmans’s first single by Hot Chocolate.
Remember the best film in the summer of 1982? E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial. The sweet-natured fantasy about a kindly alien who is stranded on Earth on protected by children until he can arrange a passage home. But Julie messaged me to say her favourite was Dirty Dancing.
