Off The Record was a very Essex orientated show this week, with one of my favourite bands the Milk chatting to me before their Village Underground gig last thursday. I played the interview half way through the show, and they talked about their Glastonbury experience, time in the studio and secret gigs that they’ve been playing recently.

There was some great new music from First Aid Kit, Jack White and The Antlers. My track of the week was How To Dress Well’s ‘Repeat Pleasure’, and my Album of the week was no other than Mac DeMarco’s self produced ‘Salad Days’.
