Julia wants to clarify that Dave has paid all the funds for the CD outlay (hence she gets no share of CD sales), but he has put her down for 50% songwriting share on the PRS so if anyone picks a song up as an album track or whatever then she would get a share of whatever is agreed…in brief “Dave is not a meanie!” xx
