Well I had been expecting to be joined by a local photographer today but unfortunately he forgot. Well actually he blamed his wife saying that she made him go shopping! A pretty lame excuse if you ask me, but it’s not the first “negative” reaction I’ve had! No matter, we’ll get him in eventually.

In consequence we had a music filled couple of hours, with lots of summer sounds to match the weather.

In addition I can always count on my old friend FRANCES CLAMP who provided some very interesting historical facts on Little Burstead and Hope House in our BRENTWOOD & BILLERICAY BYGONES feature.
