Well, what a busy week and indeed weekender….Friday night in Basildon listening to Tenek, Modovar and Blancmange at BASII…..and another evening of more of the same today; Methinks I won’t stand so close to the PA, as my ears are still ringing.
The actual stage set up and sound was, and is unbelievable for a mere local football club….the kind of value you get at proper music festival events – well done to the BAS productions team.
Twofers today was a tribute to the late Adam Yauch aka ‘MCA’, Of the Beastie Boys, who lost his long battle with cancer and passed away yesterday – So we blazed an audio trail with two from the boys – ‘Sabotage’ and Intergalactic’.
