A MAN has been taken to hospital after yobs sprayed a noxious substance in his face at 8.30pm last night on the doorstep of a property in Beech Road, Basildon. Police say no lasting damage has been caused but are appealing for information.
It is believed the man responsible was in a group with three other men, who were all white. One of the suspects was about 18 years old, 6ft tall, of slim build with a shaved head. Another was 19, 6ft tall, of slim muscular build, with stubble on his chin. And a third is also described as 19, 6ft 3ins tall, of average build, with short light brown hair.
