Sue is a tutor (previously primary school teacher) with a flare for facepainting and glitter. She comes from Suffolk and moved to Brentwood back in her uni days where she met her husband in the “Romance portacabin” (love shack!). This week my guest, Kal, shared with us how Hypnotherapy can help us deal with addictions, anxiety, panic attacks, or even just motivating ourselves.
