Jeanette Cassar, owner of Mesh Clothing came into the Phoenix FM studios to talk about her involvement with the Crown Street charity fashion show in aid of Children with Cancer. The event will take place on Thursday, 24 May 2012 starting at 7pm at De Rougement Manor Hotel in Great Warley, Brentwood, Essex CM13 3JP. Tickets are available for £8. An auction and raffle will be held after the catwalk show.
Jeanette Cassar said the Children with Cancer charity had been chosen because of her friend’s five-year-old boy who had been diagnosed with leukemia in February 2010 at the age of three. Robert Blackbourn is now thankfully in remission. Crown street traders have all got behind the event to raise awareness and support the charity.
It will be a fun event with a fashion show, and plenty more entertainment. Check out all the fabulous prizes donated for the auction, including a VIP table at the Sugar Hut, autographed items from actor Ray Winstone, and a meal cooked in your home by Smiths Brasserie’ executive head chef.
