Marching on now into a shiny new month. For me, still searching for a new job and grimacing about all the household bills going up and waiting for spring to to begin. I am however, pleased I had decided to try some natural therapy on my back injury, instead of being the usual stubborn bloke and just taking ibuprofen type medicine and resting about a bit.
These private Osteopath sessions, that I have been having seem to be going along great, occasionally odd, as I had felt like a rag doll being pulled about and stretched, then there has been talk of special forms of therapy, like acupuncture treatments- which I’m a little nervous about.
This may seem an odd subject itself to chat about here on a music show, but all you musicians or performing types, are doing or holding repeating positions and movements when either playing or creating, so this must leave you open to the need for some form of therapy too.
Chat-bit: I wondered what therapy or treatment have you had to engage in as a creative, that you never tried before or thought was nonsense till you tried it.
