I’m devastated, heartbroken and sad. Please keep an eye out for friends and families who you suspect are going through difficult times.

A perfect example of keeping tabs on friends are if they go quiet or withdrawn on social media, not answering calls, anti-social, change of behaviour, not sleeping or eating.

Mental health affects everything. It is an essential part of our overall health impacting how we think, feel and act. When something feels low, it poses issues to your day-to-day routine and wellbeing.

Mental illness disorders include anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders and many others.

If your life is at risk right now!!

If you feel like you might attempt suicide or may have seriously harmed yourself, you need urgent medical help.

Please:
* call 999 for an ambulance
* go straight to A&E, if you can
* or call your local crisis team, if you have their number.

If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone to help you. Mental health emergencies are serious. You’re not wasting anyone’s time.

If you or anyone need to talk right now!!

Whatever you’re going through, there are support groups who can talk to any time. These services are for anyone who’s struggling.

* call Samaritans on 116 123 (UK-wide)
* text SHOUT to 85258 (UK-wide)
* call C.A.L.L. on 0800 132 737 (Wales only)

They won’t judge you.
They’re free, they’re anonymous
They’re always open.
