Well the final show for 2016, as we say goodbye to a year in which we lost so many heroes….its hard not to wish the year over. I for one had a nice 2016, played some great new tracks a plenty on my show and met some great new artists, attended some great gigs and had the pleasure to DJ at quite a few of the best live music events. So I feel quite happy about my lot in 2016 and excited about 2017.

We had My Phoenix FM presenters, pick of Album of the year, with a track taken from Blackstar by David Bowie, my chosen track of the year, which was from Neil Francis & Daysound. A few cool new remixes and a brand new track from Perpacity & DVL, to squeeze in to a show that, whilst it was the last radio show of 2016 for me, as always, for me, I prefer to look forward then back and dwell…….. to a degree. 

Thank you all for listening to the live radio shows each Tuesday and I hope you had discovered someone new, that you liked within the 300+ debut singles and album tracks, I had the joy to introduce this year. Thank you to those artists for letting me share their work. It was truly great to meet a lot of my listeners too in 2016, you are all far to kind and I really am grateful of your support to my show; and the share of the rerun via mixcloud…..which supports all those artists on my shows.
