Kids With Torches – Live Session – 26/08/12

On this week’s show I had the pleasure of being joined in the studio by electronic duo Kids With Torches. Hailing from Southend / Brentwood, the duo recently self-released their debut album Carried Over Trees, a hauntingly beautiful album with a truly epic vision, which you can download for free at the following link :

The band performed stripped down acoustic versions of two tracks from the album and also a brand new track, which you can hear below. We also had a chat about the album, who they would chose if they had to organise a day at the Reading Festival and also their upcoming debut live show. They will be performing with a full band and the gig  is taking place at Club Riga in Southend on Sunday September 23rd. Tickets are a mere £5, and you can order yours from the Ticketweb link below :
