A very busy show this week! We report back from the Essex Media Day, where we spoke to Dan Lawrence, Anthony McGrath and Sir Alastair Cook. We also grabbed an interview with the Essex T20 captain Simon Harmer. Also on the show this week is yet another former England captain Michael Atherton, who is better known these days as a journalist and broadcaster.

Finally, we caught up with Matt Floyd, the Sky Sports presenter, who has just launched his new podcast “All Out” and he tells us about his guests Danny Morrison and Brendan McCullum.
