On this one-off special show, Carmel Jane Talks with Chesney Hawkes and his son, Casey Hawkes about their latest collaboration with the Brentwood Centre on the West End and Broadway hit musical, Godspell.

This brand new, circus-themed revival of the hit 1970s rock musical that kick-started David Essex’s career.

This immersive production stars the one and only Chesney Hawkes as Jesus Christ and The X Factor’s Sam Callahan as the ‘Ringmaster’, telling the story of the crucifixion and resurrection along with a cast of over100 as circus folk. Featuring rock ‘n’ roll, pop, R & B, ragtime, rap and much more, with hit songs including Prepare Ye, Day by Day and Beautiful City.

An event for the whole family, with an hour of pre-show entertainment including jugglers, magicians and a spectacular curtain-raiser from Little Stars Circus and Harlequin Gymnastics Club.
