Andy talked about Pentecost, which is on Sunday 8th. This follows from Ascension day, when Jesus ascended to heaven to be with his Father. Andy said that if Jesus had just stayed, he for one would just want to sit and listen rather than being empowered by the spirit to go out to work in the world. Andy feels that everyone needs to consider their well being. He gave many thoughts on how to address personal well being. He said that he finds a daily walk amongst the trees near to where he lives rejuvenating in clearing his mind. He also loves reading books. It is important to find whatever replenishes you as an individual. We can all help the wellbeing of others by thanking them for what they do.
