The freezing conditions across the UK this weekend had a sizeable impact on the sporting program, but it wasn’t a complete wipeout as some of the afternoon’s action still went ahead.

And thanks to the artificial surface at the Brentwood Centre Arena, we were still able to feature a local football game – one which saw Brentwood Town continued their excellent league form, as they beat fellow promotion hopefuls Witham Town by three goals to nil in the Isthmian North.
