Hopefully you could hear this weeks Radio show above spectacular whizz bangs outside, as the show fell on Nov 5th, yes some Guys Fault night and all that with am excuse to continue with the fortnight of fireworks, that we get these days. Now the weekend as I mentioned I attended a gig in London, held at a beautiful Church with a Depeche Mode tribute band topping the bill: D-MODE, However, I was really there for the joint bill toppers- Promenade Cinema, Who gave us a brilliant 90 minute cinematic set, which felt ideal for the classic lofty vaults of such a beautiful old regency Church [St Johns the Baptiste] – This venue seemed haunted by funny gig patrons who talked loud whilst the band played and some who sang their own Depeche Mode hits as they downed their ale.
Talking of which, Chatbit I asked, What makes you cringe at live music gigs these days. phones out, talking loudly whilst bands play and is there anything else.
