Another busy show this week, as FA Cup Fourth Round weekend provided one of the biggest shocks in the competition’s history prior to the show going on air.

Unfortunately for your host, my beloved Ipswich Town – currently second in the Championship and pushing for promotion to the Premier League – were the victims, as National League South outfit Maidstone United travelled to Portman Road and despite being four divisions and 98 league places below the Tractor Boys, somehow managed to knock out the hosts with a 2-1 victory.

Still reeling from this calamitous result, I sufficiently composed myself in time to go on air and present the usual three hours of sports updates and music, on a busy day of Football, Cricket, Rugby Union, Horse Racing and Tennis.

Our featured non-League game saw disappointment for Hutton in the Thurlow Nunn League Division On South, as they were beaten 3-0 at home by Wormley Rovers.
