Aveley, Chelmsford City, Braintree Town and Billericay Town all progressed to the Emirates FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round while Southend United and Dagenham & Redbridge enter at this stage.
Aveley progressed to the Fourth Qualifying Round for the first time in 39 years following a 2-1 replay victory over Hornchurch.
A 2-2 draw at Parkside meant a replay had to be played and the Millers booked their place following a Matt Rush strike in additional time.
This means that Vanarama National League high-flyers Barnet will be making the trip to Essex.
Chelmsford also made it to the next round after they visited Bromsgrove Sporting but had to settle for a replay following a 2-2 draw.
In the replay, the Clarets ran out as 3-0 victors after goals from Luke Jenkins and a Callum Jones brace. They will be hosting Whitby Town.
Braintree Town made it through to the next round after a 3-2 win over Brackley Town at Cressing Road.
They will be favourites heading into their Fourth Qualifying Round tie as they take on Isthmian Southern League Premier Division South side Chesham United.
Billericay defied the odds to progress past St Albans City thanks to an Alfie Cerulli strike in the second half. Gary McCann’s side will be welcoming Sheppey United to New Lodge.
National League sides enter at this stage which means Essex outfits Southend and Dagenham & Redbridge find out their fate for the next round.
The Shrimpers will be making the trip to Yeovil Town while the Daggers head to Bracknell Town.
