Tonight I chatted to Tommy and Daryl from Essex punk-poppers With High Regards. Since they last joined us on the show back in 2016, the trio (also featuring drummer George) have been regulars on the Essex gig circuit, and have just released a new album, Bad Reception, from which we heard two tracks, alongside two more in an acoustic studio session as well as an older track.
