As it was the 8th of the month today, we celebrated hits that had reached no 8 in the charts – and we had some absolute bangers to celebrate. The Geezers included Texas, David Bowie and The Selecter. The Pleasers were equally fab and we found Shocking Blue, Sister Sledge and Rod Stewart amongst them. As ever, there was no way the Cheesers were going to be left behind and they included Tracey Ullman, Alphaville and Sylvester.
