Now I don’t know about you but I’m always misplacing my phone, and for that matter my glasses and house keys as well, but pity someone who lost her phone while on holiday abroad only to be landed with a £20,000 bill for calls made illicitly on the phone – and this in spite of a £25 credit limit. So what happens now?
Well I guess a lot will depend on whether, and how quickly the loss of he phone had been reported. Usually once a phone is reported lost or stolen, the network will put a block on the sim card, otherwise it may be down to negotiating with the network’s customer support team, or if that fails, the communication ombudsman.

If you missed it, you can learn how she got that nickname by listening again here to what Margaret had to say about this woman: –
I hope you can join me again next week,
