LISTEN LIVE TONIGHT AT 8PM on @phoenix98fm for a special show.
A reminder to friends and family going through tough times.
Please don’t suffer in silence.
Please remember there are professional help available and friends to talk to. I’m always here whenever you need me.
I’m dedicating my radio show tonight to a dear friend who sadly passed. Join me at 8pm of 2hrs of reflective music and to anyone missing a loved one.
I’m devastated, heartbroken and sad. Please keep an eye out for friends and families who you suspect are going through difficult times.
A perfect example of keeping tabs on friends are if they go quiet or withdrawn on social media, not answering calls, anti-social, change of behaviour, not sleeping or eating.
