Michelle was joined in the studio by Jamie Rayner of Island Yoga UK to talk about all things Yoga and their online classes which will be raising money for Cancer Research UK.
From beginners to the more experienced, Island Yoga UK have offered all of their 57 online yoga classes in JUNE, FREE to anyone taking part in the challenge, or just a £1 donation per class – direct to the charity, for anyone wanting to join us in these special classes.
