After two long years or so, I finally went out to my first live music gig. I was oddly feeling very anxious about it all, but luckily this there Rodney Cromwell gig was excellent and at a venue, I have never been to and indeed that part of London. The show was at The Cavendish Arms in Stockwell an interesting area, with a gem of a venue. The sound was perfect for an intimate venue and the lights were shimmering right. Circuit 3 opened with a sparkling set of brand new thought-provoking space & humanity tales; we await the new album with excitement now. Next up was Spray, who seemed at home in this venue as it is a Comedy and burlesque venue, with great banter, shiny stage looks and fun pop tunes. By the time Rodney Cromwell headlined the room was firmly ready and dancing, and so his delivery of the new album was just right, with Stylophone and melodica trio to delight and complete the night. Plus, I got to meet Magnus Dahlberg from the Swedish band More and his dancing queen, aka his beautiful wife Jasmine.
On this week’s Chattybit wise, I was wondering if you have already been to see a live music show this year and, who did you see, how did it go, did it feel different?

Shining with music-wise, we had brand new tracks this week from SNOG – The Ninth Configuration – Eric C Powell & Andrea Powell – Elevate The Sky & Star Madman – Color Theory – Synriser – Coolmowee, plus a few classic artists and loads more.

Tracklist:
