This week we spoke to Rebekah Brown who is the founder of ‘Eye of Boudica’ about what it means to be an active bystander and walking with purpose to show what Essex streets mean for women. We have also heard the low down on this years Academy Awards from local film expert Spencer Hawken and the hoops you will need to jump through to get your film nominated.

We have also enjoyed songs that have been nominated for, or won an Oscar, from Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper’s ‘Shallow’ to Maureen McGovern’s ‘The Morning After’ from The Posidon Adventure.
