First up tonight I was joined in the studio by singer-songwriter Rachel Arnold. Rachel first joined us back in early 2020 and after a break from music, has recently released a series of new tracks onto her SoundCloud page. We chatted about being creative in a pandemic, her first foray into live gigs, her musical influences evolving, and the therapuetic side of music making. Next up was the return of Lady Grey and The Earls – or at least three quarters of them! Since joining us at Christmas they’ve made plenty of plans for the year ahead, with the first of two new live gig recordings going up on their YouTube channel this weekend, and a second planned for March. They also have their first gig of the year at Edge in Basildon on February 19th. Their latest album is available on their Bandcamp page & find them on YouTube here.
