It was a bittersweet show this week and we said cheerio to one half of the Arts Programme, our very own Rob West. Although he’s taking a step back from The Arts Programme and enjoying his sunday afternoons again, he’ll still be around Phoenix FM in allsorts of new guises. So we celebrated our 100th show together, had a leaving party with a couple of special guests in the studio and gave him a really good send off. And you’ll find all the week’s artvent calendar doors from all our lovely creative friends squeezed in there too.
It was such a special show and we’re really chuffed to have presented 100 shows with so many great local and national artists like JB Rose, BobandRoberta Smith, Chris Difford, Jonathan O’Neil, Russeni and many more. A huge thank you from us both to all the artists featured this year and a very Merry Christmas to everyone
