The Ashes is underway and so far it’s been a real “bush tucker trial” for England, who got off to the worst possible start. We update on proceedings and are joined in the studio by Richard Clarke aka “The Grumbler”, who gives his unique take on things.
Our special guest is the face of ITV football and the voice of Radio Five Live Mark Pougatch, who early in his career worked at BBC Essex. A huge cricket fan, has has produced a highly entertaining podcast documentary on the 1986/87 Ashes tour (go to @indsidetourpod) and also tells us about his upcoming project on prostate cancer, working with Allan Lamb.
