UW have been established since 1996 and are based in London with a UK call centre. I see my job as a Partner, purely to tell you what we can offer, in terms of savings and benefits. Just a few minutes in the comfort of your own home over the phone, can establish exactly what we can offer and then you can sit back and let us take care of everything.

We work on word of mouth recommendations and do not advertise – that way we can keep our costs as low as possible. We have a huge number of endorsements and awards that we are incredibly proud. Our current award – Which? Magazine Utilities Brand of the Year, was our 31st Which? Award over the last 10 years. We are also highly recommended by Moneywise Magazine and have won several sustainability awards too.

Is being green important to you? Well, we are pleased to be able to tell you that we can provide 100% renewable electricity, free smart meters and we also plant a tree in a dedicated area in the Brecon Beacons for every new customer – which equates to an incredible 117,400 trees in the last 12 months!
