A sad day for Southend United, as despite winning 2-1 at Barrow in EFL League Two, results elsewhere meant they were relegated to the National League and have dropped out of the Football League after 101 years, following two miserable seasons that have now seen the club drop from League One into non-League football.

Elsewhere in League Two, Leyton Orient lost 3-2 at home to Carlisle United after being 2-1 up at half-time.

In the National League, Dagenham & Redbridge continued their fine run of form with a 2-0 win away to Barnet, and following their 3-1 victory against Woking at the Chigwell Construction Stadium on Monday, have now won five games in a row.

With five games still to play, the Daggers currently have a chance of making a late push for a play-off spot.

Here is this week’s playlist:

Stevie Wonder – Sir Duke

Weeknd – Save Your Tears

Richard Ashcroft – Bring On The Lucie (Freda Peeple)

Galaxy feat Phil Fearon – Dancing Tight

Kings of Leon – Stormy Weather

Beabadoobee – Last Day On Earth

Hives – Hate To Say I Told You So

Drifters – Come On Over To My Place

Van McCoy and the Soul City Symphony – The Hustle

Texas – Mr Haze

Pretenders – Talk Of The Town

Hollies – Stop Stop Stop

Bruno Mars, Anderson Paak, Silk Sonic – Leave the Door Open

Fratellis – Need A Little Love

Prince – Alphabet Street

Ella Henderson and Tom Grennan – Let’s Go Home Together

Beatles – Penny Lane

Electric Light Orchestra – Don’t Bring Me Down

Deacon Blue – Dignity

Sad Cafe – Every Day Hurts

Joe Jackson – Breaking Us in Two

Roxy Music – Dance Away

Jessie Ware – Remember Where You Are

Paul Weller – Shades Of Blue

Beatles – Love Me Do

Change – Change Of Heart
