A very happy Easter to all of my listeners.

It was a fairly quiet Saturday on the sporting front, with most football having been played on Good Friday.

In League Two of the EFL however, Southend United were in action against Carlisle United at Roots Hall.

But it looks increasingly like the Shrimpers will be dropping into non-League football, with a dismal 2-0 defeat ensuring they stayed in the relegation zone in 23rd place where they are now five points adrift.

Meanwhile, an incredible scoreline in the Premier League saw relegation-threatened West Bromwich Albion beat Champions League hopefuls Chelsea 5-2 at Stamford Bridge.

And in Rugby Union’s Women’s Six Nations, a superb performance by England saw them beat Scotland 52-10 – way better than anything their male counterparts have done of late!

Here is this week’s show playlist:

Bruce Springsteen - Born In The USA
Kings of Leon - Stormy Weather
Dua Lipa - We're Good
Living In A Box - Living In A Box
Rebecca Ferguson feat Nile Rodgers - No Words Needed
Abba - The Winner Takes It All

Island Banks - Only One
Hard-Fi - Hard To Beat
Jam - Eton Rifles
Who - Substitute
Rag 'n' Bone Man - All You Ever Wanted
Roy Ayers - Running Away
Whitesnake - Is This Love
Pale Waves - Fall To Pieces
Justin Bieber - Hold On
Journey - Don't Stop Believin'
Tom Petty - Runnin' Down A Dream
The Weekend - Save Your Tears
