Today on the show I was joined by Mr Gamester, Jack, Ian, Alexandra and Jess from Brentwood School, to talk about a variety of sports that they love. As well as explaining how their hobbies have persevered and adapted during lockdown, each of my guests today also emphasised the particular benefits of keeping up with their activity during the pandemic, and how it has helped them not only physically, but mentally as well.
