Today I was joined by Sharon Box from Carers Choices, to talk about their new service ‘Home Helps’. Carers Choices is a charity based in Benfleet, offering a variety of services to carers so that they can have some respite whilst knowing their loved ones are being well cared for.

the Home Helps service specifically focuses on freeing up carers’ time, offering support with various chores and tasks, so that they can focus on their loved ones. Home helps are able to help with a variety of tasks, from general housework, to food preparation, and the service is currently offered to those is Basildon, Billericay, Brentwood, Castle Point, Rochford, Southend & Thurrock.
