It was 60 years ago today that the very first episode of Soap opera Coronation Street was broadcast.
Also in 1950 Joan Armatrading was born on this day and in 1957 it was Donny Osmond’s debut into the world.
We had a tale about complaints to Poundland about their Santa Tills and in Three of The Best we visited two years in the 1990’s
