In a week that in football saw Liverpool’s three decade-long quest for a league title come to a very impressive end, we had plenty of sport to focus on with games in the FA Cup, Premier League, Championship and other European leagues including the climax of the German Bundesliga, won by Bayern Munich with a game to spare.
