Best of the Guests 14/06/2020

On this week’s Best of the Guests we featured the following of Phoenix FM’s highlights:-

Chris Stocks on 98 Not out, talking local cricket. Discussing the plans for local cricket over the next month or two post-lockdown.

Every week here on Phoenix FM, Michelle speaks to a representative from Brentwood Borough Council. This week, Council CEO Steve Summers made his radio debut. Steve was discussing the plan for Brentwood town centre with non-essential shops being allowed to open from Monday. The council has been actively involved in preparing for this and Steve explained what preparation they have made, explaining what people should now expect when planning a shopping trip in these times.

Stewart Pink, on One 2 Three this week, spoke to Max Harris, head of music at St Martin’s School, Brentwood, along with some of the students.
The St Martin’s Summer Concert will be going online this year and to enjoy a virtual music performance you can watch the event live-streamed on the St Martin’s Music YouTube Channel from 6pm on Wednesday 24th June.

We had all this and much more in two hours of the best of Phoenix FM content from the past week.
