Frank Turner, Coronavirus Rhapsody & #QuarantineQuips

Sadly government restrictions, self isolation, social distancing & Coronavirus still weren’t enough for Phoenix FM to kick me off air so and after Dame Esther Rantzen called on the nation’s media to keep people entertained I was determined that nobody would be getting lonely on my watch.

This week’s witty ditty was replaced by an outstanding rendition of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody re-written by Dana Jay Bein as “Coronavirus Rhapsody” and performed by Aaron Bailey & his pal. We were also joined by the modern folk legend that is Frank Turner who told us Rock & Roll (and hand hygiene) could save us all, Mark Searby joined us for film reviews and you were sending in some brilliantly funny #QuarantineQuips – keep them coming!
