We also have the pleasure of having the utterly amazing Sylvia Milton live in the studio with us. She is answering some of your questions….. dealing with stress at Christmas, families, relationships and we also chat about “gas-lighting”.

Sylvia Milton is a very experienced Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with various practices in central London. She established her practice in 1988 and worked with top professional consultants at the Sex and Relationship Clinic at Guy’s Hospital for some 17 years. She was also LBC’s on-air counsellor for eight years, presented her own nightly phone- in, and has appeared on many other radio and TV programmes, both as a guest and regular presenter.
