Well here at the House of Fun we have the best guests ever and this week we are so lucky to chat with the amazing Dr Nitu Bajekal – we find out about her background and she gives us the most wonderful health advice too.
Down to earth and really good fun Dr Nitu Bajekal is a Senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in the NHS with over 30 years of clinical experience. She is also one of the first Board certified Lifestyle Medicine Physicians in the UK. She is a Fellow of the RCOG and was a college tutor and TPD in London for Obs and Gyn for several years.
Her special interests include Medical and public education, lifestyle medicine, PCOS, menopause, heavy periods, laparoscopic surgery, colposcopy and vulval problems.
She is the founder of Women for Women’s Health, a voluntary service set up to educate and empower women to make informed lifestyle and health choices. She does this through workshops, lectures and social media.
