After it seemed that the band was no more, the Futureheads made the surprise announcement earlier this year that they were back, playing gigs and festivals – and with a new album, Powers, too boot!

I chatted to Ross and Jaf from the band about why they got back together and what it’s like to be a Futurehead again. You can hear the interview again on the link above.

Sadly for Futureheads fans today wasn’t a very lucky day – they got cut short towards the end of their third song as we had a massive thunderstorm approach us! Hopefully they will be back next year …
