It’s that time of year again! Alcohol, wasps, BBQs and sunburn are happening and it’s time to get outside and enjoy all that summer has to offer.
This week, in another double dose of Fox, we played some upbeat 80’s and discussed out summer/ holiday memories throughout the years. From a vomiting sister who took care of cats, to unlimited chips and ice cream, we went through years of happy memories with our families and together.
Including the 1998 Kissimmee, Florida Tornado outbreak which has been deemed the deadliest Tornado outbreak in Florida history – yet somehow 6 year old me slept through…yes, I’m serious.
It’s easy in our predominantly dreary climate to forget how much fun summer can be, that is what we are here for! To remind you to get out and make those memories you can laugh at on a radio show 20 years later.
We’ve been very fortunate to collect valuable moments over the years with those we love, so this summer ENJOY YOURSELVES. Forget about the frustrating politics, the sometimes endless feeling of conflict and take the time to spend with those who make life better.
And don’t forget – wear SPF, sunburn sucks.
