A Gem on Billericay’s High Street – The Cater Museum

Some may be surprised to learn that Billericay has it’s own museum. Not exactly hidden but with it’s single door entrance between two shops on the High Street, Number 74 could be easily missed.

Last Monday I called into the Cater Museum to chat to the Curator, Katie Wilkie and one of the Trustees, Adam Adshead, about the museum, it’s upcoming Peace Day Commemorations on 6 July and their plans for the future.
