Would you believe it, this little old show is now 4 years old; As from June 2nd, as we began this new journey way back in June 2015, when I decided to move from the successful Saturday Electronic Breakfast show to a calmer evening spot; with no early starts. Other the years of Synth City, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of delighting in so many new singles and albums, gigs and new friends. So, as I look at the round figure approaching 5 years of Synth City, I realise I may sort of need to do something for that show. Especially, as I had the luck and honour to kick off the first show with a live set and chat with the sparklingly fierce duo Shelter, so now I need to up my game for the big 5 edition, in 2020. There were some online mutterings about Depeche Mode playing; seriously not possible. Unless I fly to the states, set up and all that, mind you, they are not desperate Still I can but dream.

We did speak of more exciting gigs and of course, played the odd classic artist and cool new remixes, so don’t worry.
