Synth City: Now that is what I call a Soundtrack

SC8
Oh, May is at an end….. the actual month I meant, no politics here. Apart from the chats about the joys live gigs, like the recent Howard Jones show. This week we chatted about the classic movies of the 1980s and their soundtracks, from composers such as John Carpenter, Hans Zimmer, Vangelis and Junkie XL, I wondered how or if they are still influencing current movies successfully, and I wondered if people had favourite soundtracks and if they preferred songs on soundtracks or to simply soundtracks; so to speak.
We had a triple for Howard Jones this week; such as the enjoyment of his Southend gig. New tracks came from Mind Machine – Empathy Test – Unroyal – Model Depose – Arthr featuring Hagar Levy – Dead Pop Stars – Into The Blood, plus a few more classic tracks then I normally aim for.
