This week on Phoenix Sport we were joined in the studio by the ladies from Marine Netball Club, talking about the club’s rally in memory of Harriet Nicol and the work the club are doing to combat the stigma around mental health.

As always, we bring you all the goals from the 3pm kick offs up and down the country – which saw wins for Dagenham & Redbridge, as well as Chelmsford City and Brentwood Town.

There was also a final flurry of 90s throwback tunes as we challenged you to guess the season once more.
