This week I was joined in the Phoenix FM studio by singer songwriter and BBC The Voice semi finalist 2018 ‘Tai’
Tai who is from Hertfordshire took time out of her busy schedule to pop on the show to chat about her time on The Voice UK and her crazy year to date.
Although she is still only 19 years of age, Tai has wonderful vocals both modern, quirky, and Urban, her rendition of the track Jolene on the BBC the Voice is a must see on YouTube, and in my opinion (lol shared by Ollie Murs ) would easily be a hit record if released into the main stream charts.
Tai was scouted for The Voice UK whilst studying at college. Her performance at the blind auditions grabbed the attention of both Will.i.am and Tom Jones in which they turned their chairs, she decided to pick Will and he pushed her all the way through to the Semi-Finals!
Tai’s brand new track “Eyes On You” is out in November on all major digital platforms.
